My experience with Betty Roberts for my real estate needs has been exceptional. I came to her knowing her past record of success in helping people find the home or land of their dreams or in selling their property.  She is very experienced and has been an agent for 20 years and a broker for, I believe 8 years.
 
Betty had the knowledge to determine what to price our property by accessing information on the Fresno Multiple Listing service and come up with the comps in our area to assure us the price we determined was correct.   Betty listened to our needs as sellers.  She advertised our property in foothill newspapers, the classified section of the Fresno Bee, the Fresno Multiple Listing service, The Real Estate Book along with Homes and Ranch Magazines.  She made professional looking brochures and had our property posted with a photo outside her office.  We felt like our property was advertised to get maximum coverage of all areas. 
   
She proved to be very professional and yet very personable in dealing with my husband and myself.  Her integrity and work ethic gave us confidence in recommending her to our family and friends.  She has become a close friend  as a result of working with us thru our real estate needs.

We have known Betty Roberts for over 15 years as a neighbor, coach and most recently, as our real estate agent.  When we made the decision to sell our foothill home of 20 years a lot of emotional baggage came with the decision.

We had delayed the decision and finally made it just as the market started spiraling downward.  Betty kept us well advised on the market conditions, and the advice she gave us was accurate, if not welcomed.  She did not lead us astray on pricing and prepared a great package for both of us and potential buyers.

Although times became tougher and tougher to sell, Betty was persistent in advertising our home in a variety of formats.  She was always available by phone.  As it turned out she represented bot us a sellers and, ultimately, the buyers.

Betty was completely honest and professional in her dealings with both sides.  Since we were not living at the residence full time.  It was such a relief to have Betty as our agent, because she worked with the home inspector, termite service, handyman, etc so that we did not have to be onsite to arrange all of the pre-sale activities.
